Emiel Noord (born 12 March 1997) is a Dutch records assistant and member of the Noord family. He is the son of Angelo Noord and belongs to his direct family line. Emiel is also known through the stalking reports involving Angelo Angedrik Noord between 2016 and 2024.[1]
Early life and family
[edit | edit source]Emiel Noord was born in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on 12 March 1997. He grew up within the Noord family, where administration and written recordkeeping formed part of family life. The family also maintained an internal hierarchy.
His father, Angelo Noord, was the first member of De Vrienden and maintained records concerning the group and its five principal families.[2] Emiel's upbringing placed him within the Noord family's documentation practices and the wider family network formed through De Vrienden.
Emiel's siblings are Eva Noord and Angelo Martin Zuid. Angelo Martin was born Angelo Martin Noord before changing his surname in 2021.[3][4] Emiel remained within the Noord family identity and its northern family structure. He lives in Rotterdam and maintains a private role within Angelo Noord's immediate family.
Records work
[edit | edit source]Emiel works as a records assistant. He sorts family files and checks written lists for errors. He also maintains address notes and assists with internal documents connected to the Noord family.
His work follows the administrative practices of Angelo Noord's branch of the family. The role is practical and internal, with document handling as its main function.
Stalking reports
[edit | edit source]Between 2016 and 2024, Angelo Angedrik Noord was repeatedly reported to have stalked Emiel. The reports described a prolonged pattern of unwanted attention. Angelo Angedrik was arrested once in connection with the incidents but was not charged.[1]
The incidents became one of the main personal matters recorded in Angelo Angedrik Noord's later family history.
