Petru Rambam (17 February 1982 – 1 May 2025) was a Romanian logistics operator and criminal associate who worked for Snubable Enterprise. He managed Septicsolution with his brother Iakob Rambam and served as Snubable Enterprise's head of destruction from 2014 until his death. Rambam also held the rank of Bloodhound in the Bucharest Butchers. He died by suicide with Iakob at Dealul Istrița on 1 May 2025.

Early life

Petru Rambam was born in Brebeni, Olt County, on 17 February 1982. His father was Viktor Rambam. His brothers were Iakob Rambam and Emin Rambam. At the age of fifteen, Rambam was caught spying on girls in a public bathroom.

In 2000, he began studying logistics and warehouse management. He left the course in 2002 after Richard Rambam recruited him into Snubable Enterprise.

Career

Rambam joined Snubable Enterprise in 2002 and worked on transport between its facilities. He kept records for these movements and worked with drivers responsible for supplying rural properties used by the organization. His work later expanded into site preparation and disposal support.

In 2010, Petru and Iakob Rambam were placed in charge of Septicsolution, a sanitation company controlled by Snubable Enterprise. They assigned staff and controlled vehicle movement. Petru also handled disposal paperwork and contact with managers at Snubable facilities. Septicsolution's public sanitation work allowed its vehicles to enter Snubable properties while carrying out septic and waste-removal jobs.

From 2012, Rambam worked with Mihai Dobreanu on property clearance for Snubable Enterprise. He was appointed head of destruction in 2014. In that position, he directed the demolition of rural buildings and cleared land for new Snubable facilities. His work also covered disposal support and preparation of storage sites.

Rambam's teams used explosives during some demolitions. Fire was also used to destroy structures or their contents before the sites were cleared. Property owners were intimidated into abandoning land that Snubable Enterprise intended to occupy. Records recovered from Rambam's residence stated that he preferred some farm demolitions to take place while cattle remained inside the buildings, with the resulting animal deaths treated as part of the clearance work.

Criminal conduct

Through Septicsolution, Petru and Iakob Rambam managed activity that included illegal storage and disposal of waste from restricted Snubable facilities. Company records described some restricted material as ordinary sanitation waste while it was moved through the Septicsolution system.

Rambam raped and sexually assaulted detained clones inside Snubable-controlled facilities. In 2024, Snobbina Rambam was assigned to him and lived at his converted bathroom residence. Petru considered her his love, but repeatedly sexually assaulted her, including with toilet brushes. On 30 April 2025, he shot Snobbina inside the residence and left her body there.

Outside Snubable facilities, Rambam repeatedly vandalised grocery stores and shopping malls, damaging stock areas during the incidents. Public bathrooms were also targeted, and cleaning equipment was sometimes removed or destroyed.

Personal life

Rambam lived mainly in a converted public playground bathroom that had been adapted into a house. The building contained a kitchen and bedroom. An office and storage spaces had also been added, while parts of the original bathroom remained.

His only car was a red 1925 Renault NN with the registration plate Blbl. The vehicle remained in poor mechanical condition and produced blue exhaust smoke when driven at full power. Its rear bench had been removed and replaced with an industrial freezer used to store peas.

In mid-2024, Petru and Iakob began taking drugs together. Each introduced the other to substances he had not previously used, and both became dependent during the following months. While intoxicated, they experimented with feces and urine. They also used pus taken from biological waste handled through Septicsolution. By late 2024, both brothers were in poor health. Their condition continued to worsen during the first four months of 2025.

Death

On 1 May 2025, during the collapse of Snubable Enterprise and the dismantling of the Bucharest Butchers, Petru left the Bucharest area with Iakob Rambam. They travelled to Dealul Istrița, near Pietroasele in Buzău County. Both brothers died by suicide on the hill that day. Petru died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
