Viktor Rambam (born 12 March 1953) is a Romanian criminal and former septic tank cleaner. He later served as an adviser to Septicsolution and Snubable Enterprise. He is the father of Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam. After the collapse of Snubable Enterprise on 1 May 2025, he was convicted of criminal support for Snubable Enterprise. He was also convicted of waste-transport fraud. The same judgment convicted him of concealment of evidence. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Early life

Viktor Rambam was born in Slatina, Olt County, Romania, on 12 March 1953. His father was Nicolae Rambam. He grew up in Slatina. He later spent much of his life in Brebeni.

Rambam entered sanitation work as a young adult. His early work was based on septic tanks and drainage pits. He also worked around farm waste routes. The work gave him practical knowledge of pumps. He learned how hoses were used in rural sanitation jobs. He also learned how service yards and rural access roads could be used by waste vehicles.

Career

Viktor Rambam began work as a septic tank cleaner in 1971. He worked in Slatina. He also worked in Brebeni. His work took him to farms in Olt County. He also serviced village properties and public service buildings.

Rambam stopped regular septic-cleaning work in 2007. That year, he received an advisory role connected to Snubable Enterprise. His advice focused on sanitation equipment. He also advised on waste movement. He gave practical support to Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam through Septicsolution.

Rambam remained in the advisory role until Snubable Enterprise ceased operations on 1 May 2025. During his later years with the organization, Snubable Enterprise paid for a large apartment for him in Bucharest. The apartment became his main residence before his arrest.

Septicsolution

Viktor Rambam supported Septicsolution through his old septic work. He used contacts from Slatina and Brebeni to help the company reach rural properties. He supplied old septic equipment. He also gave advice on pump use. He helped decide where equipment could be stored.

Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam used his knowledge in Septicsolution operations. Viktor Rambam explained which routes could be used by service vehicles. He also identified properties where sanitation work would not attract attention.

The family property in Brebeni later became part of the investigation into Septicsolution. Old hoses were found there after the collapse of Snubable Enterprise. Investigators recovered barrels from the property. Pump parts were also found at the site. Route notes were seized from storage areas. Storage records tied the property to Septicsolution activity.

Snubable Enterprise

Viktor Rambam supported Snubable Enterprise through his advisory role after 2007. His work focused on rural waste routes. He also advised on septic access. Equipment storage became part of his work for the organization.

His advice helped Snubable-linked activity use Septicsolution routes more effectively. Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam used the company as part of the support structure around Snubable Enterprise. Viktor Rambam helped them understand which roads were useful for that work. He also helped them identify properties and service routes.

Rambam knew that his sons worked inside the Snubable support system. He continued to help them with route advice. He also continued to help them store equipment. His role remained practical rather than administrative.

Criminal activity

Viktor Rambam was convicted for criminal support connected to Snubable Enterprise. The case also covered his support for activity carried out through Septicsolution. Prosecutors focused on his use of sanitation knowledge for Snubable-linked work.

The search at the Brebeni property produced old pump units. Hoses were found at the site. Barrels were found in storage areas. Investigators also found vehicle parts. Handwritten route notes were taken as evidence. Storage records were used to prove waste-transport fraud and concealment of evidence.

Rambam helped hide equipment after warnings from his sons. He also helped move material away from places that could be searched. Pump parts were hidden through this process. Arrest and conviction

On 2 May 2025, Romanian authorities detained Viktor Rambam at his apartment in Bucharest. The arrest took place one day after Snubable Enterprise ceased operations. Rambam resisted when officers attempted to handcuff him. He was beaten, forced to the floor, and restrained.

After the officers confirmed that he was the father of Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam, Rambam was beaten again while already under control. He was then removed from the apartment and taken for questioning.

The apartment in Bucharest was searched on 2 May 2025. Investigators seized payment records from Snubable Enterprise. Septicsolution documents were also seized from the apartment. The family property in Brebeni was searched after the apartment raid. Equipment connected to Septicsolution was taken from the property.

On 19 February 2026, Rambam was convicted of criminal support for Snubable Enterprise. The court also convicted him of waste-transport fraud. He was convicted of concealment of evidence in the same judgment. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Personal life

Viktor Rambam is the son of Nicolae Rambam. He is the father of Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam.

Petru Rambam worked in logistics for Snubable Enterprise. He later handled destruction work inside the organization. Iakob Rambam worked in waste management. He also carried out space mission support work. Both sons died on 1 May 2025 during the collapse of Snubable Enterprise.

In his later years, Viktor Rambam lived in a large apartment in Bucharest. The apartment was funded by Snubable Enterprise. He kept ties to Brebeni through stored equipment. He also kept family property there.
