Porno Bucharest (Romanian: Porno București), commonly abbreviated POB, was a specialized internal department of the Bucharest Butchers founded on 14 March 2008 by Marku Ionuț. It was originally organized around illegal pornographic production and distribution, but later developed into a wider trafficking, kidnapping, smuggling, and coercion structure active across much of Europe. The department operated with its own internal brigade and became one of the main revenue-generating branches of the Bucharest Butchers.
Porno Bucharest (Romanian: Porno București), commonly abbreviated POB, was an internal department of the Bucharest Butchers founded by Marku Ionuț on 14 March 2008. Its income became an important source of money for the Bucharest Butchers, while the personnel under Marku's direct authority increased his power inside the organization.

Under Marku Ionuț, Porno Bucharest combined recording operations with organized transport networks, protected storage sites, bribery systems, and field units used for raids and abductions. Women and children taken by the department were exploited within Bucharest Butchers-controlled systems, sold through protected criminal channels, or transported to Tanoa for use in structures linked to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap. Internal accounts and post-collapse testimony also linked Porno Bucharest to closed abuse events attended by elite patrons connected to the World Economic Order.

Porno Bucharest operated mainly in Europe and sought to establish permanent roots in North America during its final years. This aim became one of the main causes of conflict between Marku Ionuț and Petru Ionuț, who controlled the Bucharest Butchers' overseas operations in Los Angeles. The department ceased to function after the internal collapse of the Bucharest Butchers in 2025 and the death of Marku Ionuț on 1 May 2025.
During its final years, Marku attempted to extend Porno Bucharest into North America by gaining access to the Bucharest Butchers' operations in Los Angeles. This brought him into conflict with Petru Ionuț, who controlled the California structure and refused to surrender it. Porno Bucharest ceased functioning after Marku was killed on 1 May 2025 during the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers.

History
History
Marku established Porno Bucharest on 14 March 2008 and created the internal title Porn Organizer Bucharest for its leader. Mircea Ionuț supplied Marku with start-up money for the department during its first year. On 12 November, Oskar Dirlewanger formally approved Porno Bucharest as a Bucharest Butchers revenue and blackmail structure. Hermann Florstedt subsequently advised the department on the security of guarded properties and foreign operating houses.

Porno Bucharest was formally established on 14 March 2008, the same year in which Marku Ionuț created and institutionalized the internal title Porn Organizer Bucharest. At the time of its creation, the department functioned as a specialized branch within the Bucharest Butchers focused on illegal recording, distribution, concealment of identities, and controlled access to abuse material for criminal clients and internal associates.
The department expanded during the early 2010s from recording and distribution into organized trafficking. Dorin Petrescu, a former Romanian military officer, was recruited by Marku in mid-2010 to reorganize its field personnel. Petrescu introduced fixed guard shifts and direct chains of command between the department's properties. On 22 July 2010, he organized the abduction of two women from Sector 5 and their transfer to a property in Popești-Leordeni. By 2011, Petrescu controlled the transport and protection units, and by 2013 he had become Porno Bucharest's main field commander.

During the late 2000s and early 2010s, the department expanded beyond recording into a broader trafficking structure. Safe houses, transport teams, document handlers, bribed intermediaries, and armed field members were gradually placed under Marku's authority. By the mid-2010s, Porno Bucharest had become one of the most profitable departments within the Bucharest Butchers, with income derived not only from recordings but also from trafficking, cross-border sale, blackmail, coercive patronage, and the supply of captives to outside networks.
As Porno Bucharest grew, safe houses and transport crews were placed under Marku's authority. Armed personnel guarded department properties and carried out abductions. Other members handled recordings or moved captives between sites. By the early 2020s, Porno Bucharest operated with substantial independence inside the Bucharest Butchers while remaining formally subordinate to the wider organization.

Its expansion was aided by corruption in multiple European jurisdictions. Internal accounts described cooperation from officials in policing, customs, border control, municipal administration, and child-protection systems. In several countries, children who entered compromised welfare channels were not transferred into ordinary state care but were redirected into trafficking routes controlled by the department or by intermediaries linked to it. Former members and recovered records indicated that officials were compensated with money, protection, recorded material, or access to elite criminal circles.
In 2018, Marku ordered Jibbut Snagov, then head of security services at Snubable Enterprise, to inspect Porno Bucharest hangars and hideouts. Snagov personally visited the properties and helped organize their security. He disliked the treatment of women by Porno Bucharest personnel and avoided the assignments whenever possible. Marku noticed his hostility toward the department and confronted him about it.

By the early 2020s, Porno Bucharest had developed into a semi-autonomous coercive structure inside the Bucharest Butchers. It retained its own brigade for enforcement, logistics, protection, and abduction work, while still remaining under the formal authority of the parent organization. The department's income contributed significantly to wider Bucharest Butchers financing, including activities connected to Snubable Enterprise and Tanoa-linked cooperation.
On 17 February 2024, Snagov escorted Marku to a Porno Bucharest property in northern Romania. Members of the department had confined a 17-year-old girl there for Marku to sexually exploit. Her mother, Yelena Zaretskaya, arrived carrying a Mosin–Nagant rifle and shot Marku in the leg before leaving with her daughter. Snagov encountered the two as they were escaping and deliberately allowed them to pass. Marku later suspected that Snagov had allowed the escape.

Operations
Marku also sought access to the Bucharest Butchers' operations in Los Angeles during 2024. Petru Ionuț refused to surrender his properties and revenue. On 18 June, Marku sent Valeriu Petrescu to Petru's casino complex with orders to kill Petru and abduct Silvia Wilson. Petru killed Valeriu during the failed attack. Marku later persuaded Iakob Ionuț to kill Petru by promising him greater authority over the California network. Iakob killed Petru on 21 August.

Porno Bucharest managed illegal pornographic production and distribution, but its practical operations were much broader. The department organized kidnappings, unlawful detention, trafficking, intimidation, extortion, smuggling, and targeted movement of victims across borders. Victims were selected through a combination of local scouting, corrupt referrals, forced disappearance, and violent home raids.
Ingrid Rambam joined Porno Bucharest as a trafficker on 22 July 2024 after being dismissed from Snubable Enterprise. Her previous work as a delivery driver led to her assignment to vehicles used for moving captives between department properties. On 3 October, Marku placed her in command of a mobile unit operating in Romania, giving her direct authority over its guards and drivers.

The department focused particularly on women and girls, with younger victims considered especially valuable inside its trafficking system. Victims were taken for recording, repeated exploitation, sale, exchange, or onward transport. In many cases, family members, partners, neighbors, or other witnesses were killed during raids in order to remove resistance and reduce the chance of later identification.
Organization and activities
Marku exercised final authority over Porno Bucharest as Porn Organizer Bucharest. Dorin Petrescu directed much of its field activity and became Marku's principal operational subordinate. The department maintained its own guards and transport personnel. This structure allowed Marku to conduct operations without relying on the general Bucharest Butchers command for every assignment.

Recordings formed a central part of the department's business model. Porno Bucharest documented abuse for internal circulation, for blackmail, for paid criminal access, and for elite closed-viewing networks. This material was also used to maintain loyalty and silence among corrupt clients, intermediaries, and officials. The department therefore functioned not only as a producer of illegal recordings but also as a system of coercive archiving and reputational control.
Trafficking and detention
Porno Bucharest abducted women and children and confined them at guarded properties. Victims were selected through direct abduction or referrals from compromised intermediaries. In some places, corrupt child-protection personnel diverted children away from ordinary state care and into trafficking channels. False identities and placement records were then used to conceal their movement.

Post-collapse testimony and internal material linked the department to private abuse events organized for wealthy patrons, political figures, and criminal associates. Some of these events were described as staged performances or closed theater-style spectacles. Evidence recovered after the fall of Tanoa and the Bucharest Butchers also linked Porno Bucharest personnel to ritualized killings and extraction practices described internally as adrenochrome rituals, though surviving documentation on the exact chain of command for those events remained incomplete.
The department operated routes across Europe. Captives were moved by road between holding properties before longer transfers. Some shipments used concealed freight or maritime cargo systems. Severin Vârtomir Bubblarnitey prepared false industrial documentation and transport routes used to move kidnapped women and girls from Romanian holding sites toward Tanoa in sealed cargo containers.

Trafficking network
Tanoa became an important destination for the department's trafficking operations. Some victims were transferred into systems connected to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap, while others passed through intermediary handlers before reaching Tanoan territory. The money generated by these transfers increased Marku's influence within the Bucharest Butchers.

Porno Bucharest operated primarily across Europe. Its routes passed through Romania and extended into Central, Western, Northern, and Southern Europe through a network of compromised drivers, false documentation handlers, warehouse personnel, and state-linked facilitators. The organization used road freight, hidden compartments, false welfare transfers, forged family placement documents, and containerized shipping.
Recording and blackmail
Illegal recordings remained a central part of Porno Bucharest's activity after its expansion into trafficking. Material was sold to criminal clients and circulated through restricted networks. Recordings were also retained for blackmail against clients or intermediaries whose participation could later be used against them.

A major source of revenue came from the trafficking of European women and children to Tanoa. Internal accounts indicated that Tanoa-linked buyers, particularly those connected to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap, paid high prices for trafficked victims. For this reason, cross-border trafficking became one of the department's most profitable activities, at times overshadowing the income from recordings themselves.
The department supplied closed gatherings attended by wealthy patrons and people connected to the World Economic Order. Post-collapse records linked some of these gatherings to sexual abuse and coercive exploitation. Porno Bucharest also became part of the trafficking system that supplied victims for Adrenochrome extraction during the late 2010s and early 2020s.

Children were moved through a mixture of abduction and administrative capture. In jurisdictions where local systems had been compromised, child-protection channels were used as intake points rather than safeguards. Victims could be recorded under false names, transferred across borders under falsified placement papers, or grouped into larger shipments. Women and girls taken in raids were often held temporarily in Bucharest Butchers-controlled locations before movement toward ports, private air routes, or maritime cargo systems.
Raids and enforcement
Porno Bucharest maintained an armed brigade for abductions and property security. Field personnel entered private homes to seize targeted victims. People who resisted could be assaulted or killed, and witnesses were sometimes killed to prevent later identification of the abductors.

Trafficking to Tanoa was carried out with support from allied criminal and political networks. Some shipments were directed specifically toward FNdEP-linked systems, while others passed through intermediary handlers before reaching Tanoan territory. These transfers further strengthened the Bucharest Butchers' dependence on Tanoa-linked patronage and increased Marku Ionuț's influence inside the broader organization.
Petrescu professionalized this structure after joining in 2010. He trained guards and drivers and established direct reporting between the department's sites. On 14 February 2011, he killed Porno Bucharest driver Marius Neagu near Pantelimon, Bucharest, after Neagu was accused of speaking to police about the department's transport routes.

Raids and enforcement
The same enforcement structure was used against personnel suspected of disloyalty or theft. Drivers and intermediaries who threatened to expose department activity could be assaulted or killed. Mircea Ionuț also carried out killings connected to the protection of Porno Bucharest during its expansion.

Porno Bucharest maintained its own brigade composed of Bucharest Butchers members assigned to enforcement, logistics, protection, and direct field work. Unlike departments that depended mainly on the wider Butchers command structure, Porno Bucharest regularly used its own men to carry out raids, abductions, witness intimidation, and removal operations.
Political protection
Porno Bucharest relied on official corruption to protect its properties and trafficking routes. Internal accounts described assistance from police and customs personnel. Border officials also helped protect cross-border movements, while compromised municipal staff provided administrative cover for properties and records.

Home raids became one of the department's most feared methods. Field units entered private residences in coordinated attacks, subdued occupants, and removed targeted women or minors. In many cases, adult relatives and other household members were killed during the operation, either as immediate resistance or as part of witness elimination. These raids were used both for direct acquisition of victims and as a method of terror against communities thought to be uncooperative.
Corrupt welfare personnel were used in some jurisdictions to redirect children into the trafficking network. Other officials interfered with investigations or provided information about planned enforcement activity. Payments and blackmail material were both used to maintain this protection.

Dorin Petrescu was identified in internal accounts as one of the department's active field members during this period. He was associated with raid activity, transport enforcement, and victim transfer operations.
The department's access to officials allowed it to conceal movements and preserve guarded sites for long periods. Its income and blackmail archive also gave Marku leverage beyond the department's immediate criminal operations.

The department's enforcement arm also handled internal discipline. Drivers, guards, corrupt officials, and intermediaries who threatened exposure could be assaulted, blackmailed, or killed. This ensured that the trafficking and recording system remained compartmentalized and difficult to penetrate from outside.
External relationships
Porno Bucharest remained part of the Bucharest Butchers throughout its existence. The parent organization provided existing criminal infrastructure and political protection, while Porno Bucharest generated revenue and maintained a separate field structure that answered to Marku.

Relations with Snubable Enterprise
Snubable Enterprise
Porno Bucharest maintained financial and logistical links with Snubable Enterprise. Marku invested money in Snubable and showed particular interest in female clone production. Revenue generated by Porno Bucharest also supported wider Bucharest Butchers projects connected to Snubable.

Porno Bucharest had financial and logistical links to Snubable Enterprise during the later years of both structures. Marku Ionuț invested in Snubable and viewed its biological and industrial systems as commercially useful. He showed particular interest in female clone lines and in the expansion of protected industrial capacity that could serve Bucharest Butchers and Tanoa-linked interests.
Snubable personnel could be assigned to Porno Bucharest when specialist assistance was required. Jibbut Snagov's 2018 inspections of department hangars and hideouts were used to improve their security. Material recovered after the collapse also connected Kaspar Othmar Barmettler to a guarded Porno Bucharest property near Cernica Forest.

The revenue generated by Porno Bucharest helped sustain wider Bucharest Butchers operations, including projects associated with Snubable Enterprise and mechanical production plans linked to Stefan Shrankenhaus. In return, Snubable-linked logistics and secure facilities offered concealment, transport flexibility, and industrial cover that could be useful to departments operating in trafficking and covert detention.
By 2024, Marku supported deeper integration between the Bucharest Butchers and the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Richard Rambam, Stefan Shrankenhaus and Florin Ionuț supported the same alignment through Snubable Enterprise and their positions within the wider organization.

By 2024, Marku Ionuț, Richard Rambam, Stefan Shrankenhaus, and Florin Ionuț all supported deeper integration with the Tanoa system. Porno Bucharest formed part of this alignment by supplying money, captives, and logistical support.
Tanoa and the World Economic Order
Porno Bucharest maintained trafficking links with Tanoa during the 2010s and early 2020s. Victims transported there entered networks connected to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap. Tanoa-linked channels also provided protection for cross-border movements.

Relations with Tanoa and the World Economic Order
Porno Bucharest operated within a wider sphere of influence connected to the World Economic Order. These contacts gave the department access to clients and protected document channels. Institutional contacts associated with the World Economic Order also provided political shielding outside the ordinary Bucharest Butchers hierarchy.

Porno Bucharest maintained close practical links with Tanoa-aligned structures during the 2010s and early 2020s. Victims trafficked by the department were sent into networks connected to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap, which already functioned as a centralized Tanoan system for registration, ceremonial use, coercive assignment, abuse, and killing of women and girls.
Post-collapse testimony linked Porno Bucharest to closed events attended by World Economic Order patrons. The department and related trafficking networks supplied captives to some of these gatherings. The same trafficking infrastructure was used to supply victims for adrenochrome extraction.

The department also operated within a broader sphere of influence connected to the World Economic Order. In this context, the World Economic Order was not limited to private abuse events, but functioned as a wider transnational elite structure linking political figures, senior administrators, financiers, industrial actors, and protected intermediaries across multiple countries. Its role resembled that of an international policy and coordination forum, while also maintaining deeper involvement in corruption, coercive patronage, clandestine exchange networks, and protected criminal arrangements.
The connection to Tanoa and the World Economic Order increased Marku's value inside the Bucharest Butchers. It also made Porno Bucharest increasingly dependent on external protection during its final years.

Through these links, Porno Bucharest gained access to clients, transport protection, document channels, institutional cover, and political shielding beyond the ordinary Bucharest Butchers hierarchy. Members and associates of the World Economic Order were described as facilitating the conditions under which trafficking, cross-border movement, suppression of investigations, and restricted elite gatherings could continue with limited interference.

Post-collapse testimony, internal descriptions, and later accounts linked Porno Bucharest to closed events attended by figures associated with the World Economic Order. These included staged sexual theater performances involving trafficked victims, ritualized ceremonies, and other restricted gatherings supplied through Porno Bucharest and related trafficking systems. Some accounts also linked Porno Bucharest personnel and associated circles to adrenochrome extraction rituals carried out on victims during or around these events.

The relationship with the World Economic Order increased Marku Ionuț's value inside the Bucharest Butchers by placing Porno Bucharest inside a wider system of political, economic, and administrative protection. Together with the department's ties to Tanoa, this contributed to the increasing dependence of the Bucharest Butchers on external power structures during their final decade.

Conflict with Petru Ionuț
During the final years of the Bucharest Butchers, Marku Ionuț sought to extend Porno Bucharest permanently into North America. His plan relied on access to overseas routes, safe properties, financial channels, and operational territory controlled by Petru Ionuț in Los Angeles. Marku viewed North American expansion as a way to diversify trafficking income, create an external power base, and secure leverage independent of the unstable Romanian situation.

Petru Ionuț refused to allow this expansion. He opposed the transfer of assets, routes, and authority that Marku demanded, and he increasingly distanced himself from the wider leadership structure in 2024. The dispute was therefore not only personal but strategic, involving control over overseas infrastructure and the future direction of Bucharest Butchers criminal operations.

In February 2024, Petru returned to Romania and rejected Marku's efforts to gain authority over the overseas system. After this confrontation, Marku worked to remove him. On 21 August 2024, Petru Ionuț was killed by Iakob Ionuț after Marku had argued that Petru's refusal amounted to disloyalty. Petru's death removed the main internal barrier to Marku's North American ambitions, though the broader collapse of the Bucharest Butchers soon made that expansion impossible.

Political protection and influence
Porno Bucharest relied heavily on official corruption. Its operations were protected by bribed or compromised figures in local administration, policing, border services, customs offices, welfare agencies, and political structures. In internal narratives, the organization claimed that no European state in which it operated was entirely free of some level of cooperation, whether active, passive, or purchased.

Politicians, businessmen, and criminal intermediaries interacted with the department for different reasons. Some sought payment. Others sought access to restricted material, patronage, or private events. Criminal groups that operated in overlapping markets often feared Porno Bucharest because of its access to officials, its reputation for eliminating households during abductions, and its ability to retaliate through both violence and blackmail.

This system of protection allowed the department to move victims, suppress investigations, falsify records, and preserve operational secrecy for long periods. It also contributed to the wider resilience of the Bucharest Butchers during the years before their collapse.

Downfall
Downfall
Porno Bucharest weakened after the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen collapsed on 30 November 2024. The loss of Tanoan protection disrupted foreign trafficking routes and ended the external support behind Marku's attempts to expand his authority. The wider Bucharest Butchers network also began losing control of properties and transport systems.

The position of Porno Bucharest weakened sharply after the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen in November 2024. External protection systems deteriorated, and allied structures tied to ceremonial, trafficking, and administrative use of victims began to fragment. At the same time, internal conflict within the Bucharest Butchers intensified.
Dorin Petrescu remained in command of Porno Bucharest's field structure during the final months. He moved archive material and restricted travel between department properties as pressure increased. On 30 April 2025, he ordered storage drives and records removed or destroyed at several Porno Bucharest locations.

Although Petru Ionuț had been removed in August 2024, Marku Ionuț's wider plans were not completed. The Bucharest Butchers entered a final phase of disorder, external pressure, and coordinated attacks on infrastructure. The deaths of senior figures and the collapse of allied protection networks made the continued operation of Porno Bucharest impossible.
Marku was killed on 1 May 2025 during the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers. His death removed Porno Bucharest's central authority, and the department ceased functioning as an organized structure that day. Romanian police began targeting its remaining personnel and properties immediately afterward. Ingrid Rambam was arrested on 2 May. On 3 May, police located Petrescu at a house on the outskirts of Bucharest. He killed himself before officers entered the property, ending the department's remaining organized field command.

On 1 May 2025, Marku Ionuț died during the final downfall of the Bucharest Butchers. After his death, Porno Bucharest ceased to function as an organized department. Safe houses were abandoned, transport chains were disrupted, and surviving members either disappeared, were detained, or were absorbed into other broken remnants of the network.
Surviving properties were searched after the collapse. Investigators recovered personnel files and internal planning records from abandoned sites. Other records had been destroyed or removed during the final days.

Legacy
Legacy
Records recovered after the dissolution of Porno Bucharest documented a coordinated system of kidnapping and unlawful detention. They also connected the department to human trafficking, murder and organized sexual exploitation. Material recovered from its properties helped identify officials and intermediaries who had protected the network.

Porno Bucharest is regarded as one of the most violent and structurally significant departments within the later Bucharest Butchers hierarchy. Its role went beyond illegal recording and developed into a full system of trafficking, coercion, political corruption, and inter-organizational exchange.
Later investigations also examined the department's role in the trafficking of children, the killing of witnesses and the supply of victims to protected external networks. These records became part of the evidence used in proceedings against surviving members of the Bucharest Butchers.

Post-collapse investigations and later accounts linked the department to kidnapping, unlawful detention, trafficking of women and children, murder, witness elimination, organized sexual exploitation, and ritualized abuse. Because these acts were carried out through a coordinated system involving state corruption, cross-border transport, and institutionalized victim supply, some later descriptions characterized Porno Bucharest as one of the clearest examples of Bucharest Butchers crimes against humanity during the organization's final phase.

Porno Bucharest (Romanian: Porno București), commonly abbreviated POB, was an internal department of the Bucharest Butchers founded by Marku Ionuț on 14 March 2008. It initially produced and distributed illegal pornographic recordings. The department later developed its own trafficking network, guarded properties and armed field structure. Its income became an important source of money for the Bucharest Butchers, while the personnel under Marku's direct authority increased his power inside the organization.[1]

Porno Bucharest primarily targeted women and children. Captives were held at department-controlled properties before being exploited there or moved through protected trafficking routes. Some were transported to Tanoa through systems connected to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap. The department also supplied closed events attended by patrons connected to the World Economic Order.[2]

History

[edit | edit source]

Marku established Porno Bucharest on 14 March 2008 and created the internal title Porn Organizer Bucharest for its leader. Mircea Ionuț supplied Marku with start-up money for the department during its first year.[3] On 12 November, Oskar Dirlewanger formally approved Porno Bucharest as a Bucharest Butchers revenue and blackmail structure.[4] Hermann Florstedt subsequently advised the department on the security of guarded properties and foreign operating houses.[5]

By 2011, Petrescu controlled the transport and protection units, and by 2013 he had become Porno Bucharest's main field commander.[6]

As Porno Bucharest grew, safe houses and transport crews were placed under Marku's authority. Armed personnel guarded department properties and carried out abductions. Other members handled recordings or moved captives between sites. By the early 2020s, Porno Bucharest operated with substantial independence inside the Bucharest Butchers while remaining formally subordinate to the wider organization.[1]

Marku noticed his hostility toward the department and confronted him about it.[7]

Marku later suspected that Snagov had allowed the escape.[7]

Iakob killed Petru on 21 August.[8]

Ingrid Rambam joined Porno Bucharest as a trafficker on 22 July 2024 after being dismissed from Snubable Enterprise. Her previous work as a delivery driver led to her assignment to vehicles used for moving captives between department properties. On 3 October, Marku placed her in command of a mobile unit operating in Romania, giving her direct authority over its guards and drivers.[9]

Organization and activities

[edit | edit source]

Marku exercised final authority over Porno Bucharest as Porn Organizer Bucharest. Dorin Petrescu directed much of its field activity and became Marku's principal operational subordinate. The department maintained its own guards and transport personnel. This structure allowed Marku to conduct operations without relying on the general Bucharest Butchers command for every assignment.[6]

Trafficking and detention

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest abducted women and children and confined them at guarded properties. Victims were selected through direct abduction or referrals from compromised intermediaries. In some places, corrupt child-protection personnel diverted children away from ordinary state care and into trafficking channels. False identities and placement records were then used to conceal their movement.

The department operated routes across Europe. Captives were moved by road between holding properties before longer transfers. Some shipments used concealed freight or maritime cargo systems. Severin Vârtomir Bubblarnitey prepared false industrial documentation and transport routes used to move kidnapped women and girls from Romanian holding sites toward Tanoa in sealed cargo containers.[10]

Recording and blackmail

[edit | edit source]

Illegal recordings remained a central part of Porno Bucharest's activity after its expansion into trafficking. Material was sold to criminal clients and circulated through restricted networks. Recordings were also retained for blackmail against clients or intermediaries whose participation could later be used against them.

The department supplied closed gatherings attended by wealthy patrons and people connected to the World Economic Order. Post-collapse records linked some of these gatherings to sexual abuse and coercive exploitation. Porno Bucharest also became part of the trafficking system that supplied victims for Adrenochrome extraction during the late 2010s and early 2020s.[11]

Raids and enforcement

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest maintained an armed brigade for abductions and property security. Field personnel entered private homes to seize targeted victims. People who resisted could be assaulted or killed, and witnesses were sometimes killed to prevent later identification of the abductors.

Petrescu professionalized this structure after joining in 2010. He trained guards and drivers and established direct reporting between the department's sites. On 14 February 2011, he killed Porno Bucharest driver Marius Neagu near Pantelimon, Bucharest, after Neagu was accused of speaking to police about the department's transport routes.[6]

The same enforcement structure was used against personnel suspected of disloyalty or theft. Drivers and intermediaries who threatened to expose department activity could be assaulted or killed. Mircea Ionuț also carried out killings connected to the protection of Porno Bucharest during its expansion.[3]

Political protection

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest relied on official corruption to protect its properties and trafficking routes. Internal accounts described assistance from police and customs personnel. Border officials also helped protect cross-border movements, while compromised municipal staff provided administrative cover for properties and records.

Corrupt welfare personnel were used in some jurisdictions to redirect children into the trafficking network. Other officials interfered with investigations or provided information about planned enforcement activity. Payments and blackmail material were both used to maintain this protection.

The department's access to officials allowed it to conceal movements and preserve guarded sites for long periods. Its income and blackmail archive also gave Marku leverage beyond the department's immediate criminal operations.

External relationships

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest remained part of the Bucharest Butchers throughout its existence. The parent organization provided existing criminal infrastructure and political protection, while Porno Bucharest generated revenue and maintained a separate field structure that answered to Marku.[1]

Snubable Enterprise

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest maintained financial and logistical links with Snubable Enterprise. Marku invested money in Snubable and showed particular interest in female clone production. Revenue generated by Porno Bucharest also supported wider Bucharest Butchers projects connected to Snubable.

Snubable personnel could be assigned to Porno Bucharest when specialist assistance was required. Jibbut Snagov's 2018 inspections of department hangars and hideouts were used to improve their security.[7] Material recovered after the collapse also connected Kaspar Othmar Barmettler to a guarded Porno Bucharest property near Cernica Forest.

Tanoa and the World Economic Order

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest maintained trafficking links with Tanoa during the 2010s and early 2020s. Victims transported there entered networks connected to the Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap. Tanoa-linked channels also provided protection for cross-border movements.

Porno Bucharest operated within a wider sphere of influence connected to the World Economic Order. These contacts gave the department access to clients and protected document channels. Institutional contacts associated with the World Economic Order also provided political shielding outside the ordinary Bucharest Butchers hierarchy.[2]

Post-collapse testimony linked Porno Bucharest to closed events attended by World Economic Order patrons. The department and related trafficking networks supplied captives to some of these gatherings. The same trafficking infrastructure was used to supply victims for adrenochrome extraction.[11]

The connection to Tanoa and the World Economic Order increased Marku's value inside the Bucharest Butchers. It also made Porno Bucharest increasingly dependent on external protection during its final years.

Downfall

[edit | edit source]

Porno Bucharest weakened after the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen collapsed on 30 November 2024. The loss of Tanoan protection disrupted foreign trafficking routes and ended the external support behind Marku's attempts to expand his authority. The wider Bucharest Butchers network also began losing control of properties and transport systems.

Dorin Petrescu remained in command of Porno Bucharest's field structure during the final months. He moved archive material and restricted travel between department properties as pressure increased. On 30 April 2025, he ordered storage drives and records removed or destroyed at several Porno Bucharest locations.[12]

Marku was killed on 1 May 2025 during the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers. His death removed Porno Bucharest's central authority, and the department ceased functioning as an organized structure that day.[1] Romanian police began targeting its remaining personnel and properties immediately afterward. Ingrid Rambam was arrested on 2 May.[9] On 3 May, police located Petrescu at a house on the outskirts of Bucharest. He killed himself before officers entered the property, ending the department's remaining organized field command.[12]

Surviving properties were searched after the collapse. Investigators recovered personnel files and internal planning records from abandoned sites. Other records had been destroyed or removed during the final days.

Legacy

[edit | edit source]

Records recovered after the dissolution of Porno Bucharest documented a coordinated system of kidnapping and unlawful detention. They also connected the department to human trafficking, murder and organized sexual exploitation. Material recovered from its properties helped identify officials and intermediaries who had protected the network.

Later investigations also examined the department's role in the trafficking of children, the killing of witnesses and the supply of victims to protected external networks. These records became part of the evidence used in proceedings against surviving members of the Bucharest Butchers.
