Early Foundation Era

During the Early Foundation Era, the family was based in Southern Italy and used the surname Nostrini.

During the Pre-Vader Era, the family established branches outside Southern Italy. The Convocazione Settentrionale della Famiglia Nostrini formalized the relocation of the central family archive and confirmed the authority of the northern branch.

The Vader Era includes the wartime van Noord generation. Members of this generation held military posts, worked in state administration, or managed family businesses.

Naming conventions

Earlier branches of the family used the surnames Nostrini, Norte, and van Noord. Noord became the standard surname after 1945. Disambiguation is used in page titles where multiple family members share the same name.
