Coordination between parts of Snubable Enterprise began to deteriorate by 2023. Clone production continued, but security at its facilities became harder to maintain. The leadership responded by pursuing full integration into the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Internal conflict increased during 2024. On 12 March, Marku told Rambam that Snagov had become a liability and wanted him killed. Rambam refused because he still required Snagov's chemical expertise and security knowledge. Snagov was excluded from senior meetings and discovered the exclusion when he was refused entry on 18 March.<ref name="jibbut-later"/>


== Factory complex and expansion ==
On 24 June, Snagov began preparing a plan to kill Rambam, Marku, Florin and Pecker by releasing gas into part of the main Snubable building. He abandoned the plan on 30 June because he feared discovery and no longer had the motivation to continue. From 5 September, he performed only essential duties when directly ordered. His final clone extermination took place on 23 December. He then stopped reporting to Snubable Enterprise and died on 28 December 2024.<ref name="jibbut-later"/>


On 18 August 2007, intermediaries connected to Snubable Enterprise secured a disused metal-processing factory on an industrial parcel between [[Balotești]] and [[Moara Vlăsiei]], north of [[Bucharest]], in [[Ilfov County]]. The site was chosen because it provided discreet road access, available utility corridors, and enough surrounding distance to reduce outside attention while remaining connected to the capital region.
The planned Tanoa integration did not take place. The collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen removed much of Snubable's external protection, while the [[Fish Collective]] attacked infrastructure connected to Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers. Operational control declined as facilities were breached. On 30 April 2025, Stefan Shrankenhaus attempted to escape during a vehicle pursuit near Bucharest. His car struck a tree and he died after being impaled by a branch during the collision.<ref name="stefan-death"/> Rambam, Pecker and [[Mihai Dobreanu]] were captured and executed in Bucharest on 1 May.<ref name="richard-death"/> Gustav Shrankenhaus succeeded Rambam as acting leader and directed the remaining organization from the underground sections of the main factory. Sewers beneath the complex connected it to other Snubable facilities that the Fish Collective had already captured, allowing attackers to enter the sewer network from those properties. Gunfights consequently concentrated in the sewers and around the above-ground facility. The smell inside the sewer network was unbearable. [[Albert Shrankenhaus]], the main facility's security chief, was killed there during an attack on 3 May. During the final two days, the Fish Collective stopped attacking through the sewers and concentrated on the above-ground facility. The defenders retained the underground complex until their surrender on the fifth day, 6 May. The Fish Collective captured [[Dr. Arnold Isaak Burgelstein]], while Gustav died after overdosing on expired adrenochrome during the final stage of the holdout. Snubable Enterprise dissolved after the surrender.<ref name="gustav-final-command"/><ref name="burgelstein-holdout"/>


The exterior of the complex was left largely unchanged. It continued to resemble an aging provincial factory, with weathered brick walls, patched roofing, narrow industrial windows, and limited signage. From the outside, it appeared to be an ordinary old industrial property. Internally, the site was stripped and rebuilt with filtered ventilation systems, reinforced production halls, sealed laboratory corridors, hidden freight lifts, underground processing chambers, and secure technical galleries. This contrast between a deteriorated exterior and a highly controlled interior became one of the site's main security features.

Marku also supported the mechanical projects led by [[Stefan Shrankenhaus]], considering Shrankenhaus's mass-production concepts important for the future of Romanian defense manufacturing.
The AR clone system was developed by Richard Rambam. The designation '''AR''' stood for '''Alexandru Rambam''', combining [[Alexandru Ionuț]] and Richard Rambam. Snubable Enterprise was a Romanian clandestine research and industrial organization founded on 14 September 1999 by Richard Rambam and Peter Pecker. Publicly registered as a private research and development company, it operated a large-scale human cloning program and conducted illegal biological experiments. Its public office was in Bucharest, while its main production complex occupied an industrial site at Căciulați, in Moara Vlăsiei commune, Ilfov County.[1]

The Bucharest Butchers became Snubable Enterprise's parent organization in 2007 and controlled its security, financing and transport. Snubable began structured cooperation with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen in 2015. Its mechanical department later organized Aktion Shrankenhaus, an armed clone deployment that caused the 2017 Slatina massacre and killed an estimated 34,000 to 40,000 people.[2] After Rambam was executed on 1 May 2025, Gustav Shrankenhaus led the surviving organization through a five-day holdout beneath the main factory. Snubable Enterprise dissolved after its surrender on 6 May.

Snubable Enterprise developed from cloning experiments conducted by Rambam and Pecker in the late 1990s. Political support and Bucharest Butchers protection allowed the project to expand into an industrial organization. It later operated through Tanoa-supported supply and security channels before both networks collapsed.

Formation and early expansion

Before the formal creation of Snubable Enterprise, Rambam and Pecker conducted cloning experiments in a shed using improvised laboratory equipment. In 1998, they successfully cloned a stray dog. In February 1999, Jibbut Snagov, then a member of the Bucharest Butchers, began financing their work in exchange for cloned pigs. The animals produced during the early experiments were heavily deformed and unstable. Snagov's payments allowed Rambam and Pecker to obtain better equipment and construct a permanent laboratory.[3] Snagov introduced Rambam to Alexandru Ionuț, who agreed to participate in human cloning experiments. Rambam collected biological material from Alexandru and used him as the genetic source for the first human cloning attempt. The initial result was unstable, but the experiments continued and developed into the A-Series program. Rambam and Pecker formally founded Snubable Enterprise on 14 September 1999.[1]

Tiberiu Pintăreanu became formally involved on 6 March 2000 after members of the Bucharest Butchers pressured him to provide access to industrial property. He used his political position to secure land, construction permits and utility access. Pintăreanu began distancing himself from Snubable Enterprise by 2005 because he believed he was receiving little benefit from the arrangement. Rambam regarded his withdrawal as a threat to the organization's secrecy. Petru Ionuț killed Pintăreanu in Bucharest on 12 June 2006, after which Florin Ionuț assumed his political position and continued supporting the expansion.

Control by the Bucharest Butchers

The Bucharest Butchers formally became the parent organization of Snubable Enterprise in 2007. Procurement and transport moved into Butchers-controlled systems, while the parent organization assumed authority over security and enforcement. On 7 April 2007, Oskar Dirlewanger approved direct Bucharest Butchers control over Snubable's protection and transport structure. When the main factory property was secured on 18 August 2007, Dirlewanger ordered Snagov transferred from the northern Bucharest Butchers route into Snubable Enterprise full time. Mihail Tudor delivered the order. Snagov refused and said that his position in the Butchers was above being used as a "security tool" for Snubable. Tudor threatened to have his family killed, after which Snagov accepted the transfer.[4]

Snagov became head of security services and later took control of clone extermination. From 2008 to 2012, Kaspar Othmar Barmettler served under him in the unit that killed rejected clones.[5] Rambam ordered Snagov to undergo an internal intelligence test in 2008 after noticing how quickly he understood technical material. The recorded result placed his IQ above 200. Rambam then authorized him to develop chemicals for security and clone extermination. In 2009, Snagov developed Electric Cyanide, which entered use for clone termination and biological disposal.[4] On 14 March 2019, Rambam reduced Snagov's routine patrol and guard-supervision duties. Snagov continued directing clone extermination when required, while his regular work shifted toward chemical development and security planning.[6]

Rambam travelled to Bern, Switzerland, in 2008 and met Stefan Shrankenhaus, who was seeking investment for large-scale mechanical manufacturing projects. Their agreement brought Shrankenhaus's engineering work into Snubable Enterprise. Snubable financed the projects through resources available from the Bucharest Butchers.[7] Marku Ionuț later invested in Snubable Enterprise. He supported female clone production and backed the mechanical work directed by Stefan Shrankenhaus. By 2024, Rambam, Shrankenhaus, Florin and Marku supported full integration with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Andrei Ionuț opposed the proposal.

Tanoa cooperation

In April 2015, Rambam met a Tanoa Einsatzgruppen liaison near Giurgiu, Romania. The liaison operated under the authority of Daniel Paap. Rambam supplied cloning protocols and technical documentation concerning A-Series production. Snubable received industrial equipment and chemicals, while Tanoa-linked channels provided armed protection for its facilities.[8] The agreement developed into a technical partnership. Snubable supplied biological production knowledge, while Tanoa-supported routes supplied material that had previously been difficult to obtain. Material provided through the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen was used to expand the main factory on 7 November 2015. By the early 2020s, Snubable security planning and transport protection were coordinated with Tanoa representatives. Mechanical work under Stefan Shrankenhaus was increasingly directed toward projects intended for the wider Tanoa system.

Collapse

Coordination between parts of Snubable Enterprise began to deteriorate by 2023. Clone production continued, but security at its facilities became harder to maintain. The leadership responded by pursuing full integration into the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Internal conflict increased during 2024. On 12 March, Marku told Rambam that Snagov had become a liability and wanted him killed. Rambam refused because he still required Snagov's chemical expertise and security knowledge. Snagov was excluded from senior meetings and discovered the exclusion when he was refused entry on 18 March.[6]

On 24 June, Snagov began preparing a plan to kill Rambam, Marku, Florin and Pecker by releasing gas into part of the main Snubable building. He abandoned the plan on 30 June because he feared discovery and no longer had the motivation to continue. From 5 September, he performed only essential duties when directly ordered. His final clone extermination took place on 23 December. He then stopped reporting to Snubable Enterprise and died on 28 December 2024.[6]

The planned Tanoa integration did not take place. The collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen removed much of Snubable's external protection, while the Fish Collective attacked infrastructure connected to Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers. Operational control declined as facilities were breached. On 30 April 2025, Stefan Shrankenhaus attempted to escape during a vehicle pursuit near Bucharest. His car struck a tree and he died after being impaled by a branch during the collision.[9] Rambam, Pecker and Mihai Dobreanu were captured and executed in Bucharest on 1 May.[10] Gustav Shrankenhaus succeeded Rambam as acting leader and directed the remaining organization from the underground sections of the main factory. Sewers beneath the complex connected it to other Snubable facilities that the Fish Collective had already captured, allowing attackers to enter the sewer network from those properties. Gunfights consequently concentrated in the sewers and around the above-ground facility. The smell inside the sewer network was unbearable. Albert Shrankenhaus, the main facility's security chief, was killed there during an attack on 3 May. During the final two days, the Fish Collective stopped attacking through the sewers and concentrated on the above-ground facility. The defenders retained the underground complex until their surrender on the fifth day, 6 May. The Fish Collective captured Dr. Arnold Isaak Burgelstein, while Gustav died after overdosing on expired adrenochrome during the final stage of the holdout. Snubable Enterprise dissolved after the surrender.[11][12]

Organization and facilities

Richard Rambam led Snubable Enterprise from its foundation until 1 May 2025. Its workforce combined biological researchers with industrial and administrative employees. Security personnel controlled access to restricted sites and enforced internal discipline. A separate personnel list records the people known to have worked for the organization or exercised direct authority over it.[5]

Main complex

On 18 August 2007, intermediaries working for Snubable Enterprise secured a disused metal-processing factory on an industrial parcel at Căciulați, north of Bucharest. The property had road and utility access but was sufficiently isolated to conceal activity at the site. Its exterior remained in deteriorated condition, with weathered brickwork, a patched roof and minimal signage. The interior was rebuilt for biological production. Filtered ventilation and sealed laboratory corridors were installed. Concealed freight lifts connected reinforced production halls to an underground complex of processing chambers, tunnels and technical galleries. Gustav Shrankenhaus joined Snubable Enterprise as chief architect in 2008 and designed the underground factory areas and the tunnel system connecting its three properties.[13]

The first underground production block was completed on 11 February 2008. A deep-level maturation wing entered service on 29 September. By the end of the year, internal records stated that approximately 8,000 to 10,000 clones had been produced through the earlier facilities and transitional sites. Rambam then set a target of producing hundreds of clones per day. A western annex completed on 16 April 2011 housed nutrient synthesis and the preparation of synthetic amniotic fluid. It also contained equipment-maintenance space. The November 2015 expansion added a generator hall and opened additional perimeter tunnels. A reinforced lower technical section was constructed for heavier incubation equipment and future hybrid research.

Other properties

Snubable obtained control of warehouse and logistics space at the FI-BA Balotești S.A. industrial site at Șoseaua Unirii 145 in Balotești on 4 April 2009. The property stored material and staged deliveries moving between Snubable facilities. It remained separate from the main production complex. Construction of a concealed tunnel between the main factory and the FI-BA warehouse began on 12 June 2009. The first section entered service on 3 November 2011. An extension to the Alexandru Dimitrie Ghica Palace at Căciulați was completed on 21 May 2013. The completed network allowed movement between the three properties without using their visible road entrances. The public administrative office in Bucharest was not connected to the tunnels.[13]

Snubable acquired the Alexandru Dimitrie Ghica Palace through an unnamed front company on 17 September 2010. Corrupt political officials altered records governing the palace's administration and heritage status. They also changed sale documents to conceal Snubable's control of the property. The palace and its park became a protected meeting venue for senior figures from Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers. Snubable made limited repairs and security alterations so that the site continued to appear neglected and institutionally administered.

Security and administrative cover

On 27 August 2007, Rambam met Legion Commander Constantin Vlădescu at the main complex. They agreed that rotating Secția Roșie detachments would guard the perimeter. The detachments escorted sensitive deliveries and intervened during attempted inspections. The arrangement remained under Bucharest Butchers authority.[14] Snubable opened its public administrative office in Bucharest in 2010. Mihai Dobreanu joined that year after working in construction authorization in Ilfov County. He became Site Coordination Manager in 2012. Rambam appointed him Director of External Operations in 2015, after which Dobreanu secured and concealed properties outside the main factory complex.[15]

Romanian authorities knew of activity connected to Snubable Enterprise but did not subject its main sites to normal enforcement. Properties registered as warehouses or agricultural storage sites were not fully inspected despite restricted access and unusually high energy use. Complaints about construction and industrial noise did not result in searches. Land-use approvals and construction permits continued to be processed for Snubable properties. Documents recovered after the collapse showed that the registered purposes of some sites did not match the work conducted there.

After Jibbut Snagov stopped reporting to the organization in December 2024, Albert Shrankenhaus was appointed head of security at the main facility in early 2025 because no other candidate was available. The appointment gave him authority over that facility's defenses but did not make him security chief of Snubable Enterprise as a whole.[16]

Research and operations

Human cloning under the AR system was the organization's principal activity. Snubable also developed mechanical systems for its facilities, used a sanitation company to conceal waste movement and conducted experimental biological research.

Clone production

The AR clone system was developed by Richard Rambam. The designation AR stood for Alexandru Rambam, combining Alexandru Ionuț and Richard Rambam. Alexandru was the main genetic source for the production line. Biological material taken from the genetic source was replicated through accelerated cellular growth. Developing bodies were placed inside incubation chambers maintained at approximately 37 °C. Synthetic amniotic fluid circulated through each chamber, while oxygen delivery supported tissue development. Neural stimulation was used during neurological growth. Under later factory conditions, full physical maturation could be completed in approximately 14 days. Each clone was then removed for evaluation and conditioning.

Most Snubable clones were pale and bald, with a deliberately uniform appearance. Blue eyes were common. Units with deformities, structural weakness or inadequate cognitive performance were classified as Jester clones. They were assigned hazardous or low-level work inside controlled facilities. Standard clones met the baseline requirements and formed most of the clone population. They performed routine work inside facilities and were used for transport or perimeter duties. Elite clones showed greater physical stability and cognitive performance and were selected for armed security and combat assignments. Standard and Elite clones generally wore black synthetic suits with white shirts and ties. Armed units received body armor or reinforced versions of the same clothing.

Each clone was registered under a standardized serial structure: 

AR-XXX-LLLLNNNN

AR identified the Alexandru Rambam lineage. XXX recorded the production batch, LLLL identified the genetic or cognitive classification block and NNNN was the individual unit number. The complete code was entered into Snubable's central records with the clone's production information and operational status.

R-Series

The R-Series was a limited clone series commissioned by Rasmus Rogganoid, owner of Hotel Rogganoid. Rogganoid paid Snubable Enterprise €4.8 million on 13 May 2011. The series used Rogganoid as its genetic source and was separate from the main AR production line.[17] Snagov opposed the contract because he regarded the operation of Snubable-made clones by an outside customer as a security risk. After the contract was approved, he prohibited Rogganoid from publicly identifying Snubable Enterprise as the manufacturer. Publicity involving the R-Series also required Snubable approval.[18]

The R-Series was manufactured from 3 September 2011 to 28 November 2012 and placed at Hotel Rogganoid on 12 January 2013. The clones worked as resort staff.[17] Rogganoid knowingly broke the security conditions by advertising the R-Series publicly on 4 March 2014.[19] Rambam then ordered Snagov to destroy Hotel Rogganoid and threatened his family to force him to comply. Snagov carried out the Hotel Rogganoid bombing on 9 June 2014. The attack destroyed the resort and killed 47 people. Most of the dead were R-Series clones or members of the Rogganoid family, while no more than five were unrelated guests or employees. Rogganoid died in the collapse.[18]

Mechanical and sanitation departments

Snubable Shrankenhaus was the mechanical and industrial department of Snubable Enterprise. Led by Stefan Shrankenhaus, it developed mechanical systems and produced vehicles for operational use. Albert Shrankenhaus worked beneath Stefan as a mechanical assistant and supervised construction and testing of the Hubbubmașină line. The Hubbubpanzer series was among the armored vehicles developed by the department. It continued producing vehicles and industrial equipment until the collapse of Snubable Enterprise.[7][16]

Septicsolution was a waste-management and sanitation front company founded by Snubable Enterprise in 2010. Its public work explained the regular presence of service vehicles at Snubable properties. Iakob Rambam and Petru Rambam managed the company. Septicsolution cleaned restricted sites and removed material from Snubable facilities under false waste records. It remained dependent on Snubable Enterprise and ceased operating during the collapse in April and May 2025.[20]

Experimental research

One of Snubable Enterprise's largest experimental machines was the Răsucor incubator, completed on 22 November 2018 with Snubable Shrankenhaus. The chamber was mounted in a reinforced circular frame and moved through controlled arcs using large reduction gears. The movement was intended to improve stability during the growth of unusually large experimental bodies. The prototype occupied a dedicated lower chamber at the main factory and required separate power and hydraulic support. It was expensive to operate and unreliable during long production cycles, and was not adopted as a standard incubator system. On 19 June 2021, Iakob Rambam accompanied a Weltraumgruppen retrieval mission connected to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen and returned with a living extraterrestrial organism identified as a Borvă. Snubable registered the specimen as UB-01 under Project Umbrar. Researchers attempted to combine human biological material with tissue taken from UB-01. The resulting experimental bodies, known as Umbrars, showed repeated tissue instability and poor survival rates.

Hybrid research continued under the Șopran and Molcar lines. Șopran experiments used reptilian biological material, while Molcar research concerned octopoid material. Neither program achieved stable production. Snubable halted the Borvă and Umbrar program on 3 November 2022 because it lacked the resources to continue. UB-01 was killed during the shutdown. The remaining hybrid programs continued on a smaller scale but did not reach industrial production before the organization collapsed.

Aktion Shrankenhaus

In 2017, Stefan Shrankenhaus initiated Aktion Shrankenhaus with personnel connected to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Selected Snubable clones were conditioned as armed units and transported to Slatina using Shrankenhaus-developed vehicles. Dobreanu provided administrative cover for an outside property used during the preparations.[21] The deployment resulted in the 2017 Slatina massacre, in which approximately 34,000 to 40,000 people were killed. Public reporting identified the perpetrators as extremist paramilitary forces. Snubable Enterprise's involvement was not publicly confirmed at the time, and the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen publicly condemned the attack.[2]

California 2040

Snubable Enterprise and representatives of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen prepared the first memorandum for California 2040 on 12 October 2021. The proposal called for an underground cloning and hybrid-research complex in California by 2040. Snubable would provide biological and industrial systems developed in Romania. The Tanoa Einsatzgruppen was expected to protect the complex, while Bucharest Butchers infrastructure was intended to support the project outside Romania. Rambam ordered Snagov to design the proposed facility's security architecture. Snagov based the plan on systems used at Snubable's Romanian facilities. He opposed California 2040 but completed the work under Rambam's orders.[6] A revised memorandum circulated on 14 January 2024, enlarging the proposed complex and expanding its industrial functions. The project never advanced beyond planning.

Legacy

Records recovered after the dissolution of Snubable Enterprise documented the scale of its cloning program and industrial projects. They also recorded the extent of Bucharest Butchers control and the organization's cooperation with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Some facilities were seized after 1 May 2025, while others were abandoned. Parts of the archives were never recovered.
