List of Bucharest Butchers members lists leaders, ranked members, department members, collaborators, and related organizations connected to the Bucharest Butchers. The main rank list follows the hierarchy recorded on the Bucharest Butchers page.

The Bucharest Butchers used a layered hierarchy. The Leader held overall authority, while senior roles such as the Leader of Financial and Political Concerns and Porn Organizer Bucharest controlled specific parts of the organization. Below them, ranked members were arranged by internal titles, with Legion Commanders placed above Blade Captains, Executioners, Tormentors, Bloodhounds, Shadow Stalkers, Scalpel, Razors, Cutthroats, and ordinary Butchers.

Porno Bucharest was an internal department of the Bucharest Butchers. Its personnel are listed separately because their connection came through that department.
