Richard Rambam (17 March 1977 – 1 May 2025) was a Romanian geneticist and bio-engineer who co-founded Snubable Enterprise with Peter Pecker on 14 September 1999 and led it until his death. He created and directed the A-Series, the organization's principal cloning program, using genetic material taken from Alexandru Ionuț.[1][2] Rambam also held the rank of Legion Commander in the Bucharest Butchers. In 2015, he entered an arrangement with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen under which he transferred cloning technology in exchange for industrial support and armed protection.[3][4]

Early life

Rambam was born in Colacu, Romania, on 17 March 1977 into the Rambam family. The family originated in Israel before establishing itself in Romania.[5] His father, Mircea Rambam, was a structural ironworker and a son of Nicolae Rambam. Mircea supported Richard's early technical work by helping to pay for equipment and rent and by giving him tools and metal parts from his own work.[6][7]

Mircea was a friend of Paul Pecker, the father of Peter Pecker. Richard and Peter knew each other from childhood and grew up together in Colacu. During the early 1990s, they began carrying out biological and technical experiments in sheds and farm buildings around the village.[7][8] In 1998, they successfully cloned a stray dog using improvised laboratory equipment. Jibbut Snagov subsequently financed further work in exchange for cloned pigs. His payments allowed Rambam and Pecker to obtain additional equipment and develop a permanent laboratory.[9]

Snubable Enterprise

Rambam and Pecker formally established Snubable Enterprise on 14 September 1999. During the same period, Snagov introduced Rambam to Alexandru Ionuț. Rambam collected biological samples from Ionuț and used them in the first cloning attempts that later developed into the A-Series.[1][9]

Tiberiu Pintăreanu became formally involved on 6 March 2000 and used his political position to assist the organization's expansion. When Pintăreanu later attempted to distance himself from the project, Rambam regarded him as a threat to its secrecy. Pintăreanu was killed by Petru Ionuț on 12 June 2006 after the matter was referred through Bucharest Butchers channels.[10]

The Bucharest Butchers assumed control of Snubable Enterprise in 2007. On 18 August, Snubable intermediaries secured a disused metal-processing factory on an industrial parcel at Căciulați, in Moara Vlăsiei commune, Ilfov County. The site was converted into a secured cloning and industrial complex while its exterior continued to resemble a deteriorated factory.[11][12] On 27 August, Rambam met Legion Commander Constantin Vlădescu at the complex. They agreed that rotating Secția Roșie detachments would protect the perimeter, escort sensitive deliveries and respond to attempted inspections.[13] The first underground production block was completed on 11 February 2008, followed by a deep-level maturation wing on 29 September. By late 2008, internal records placed previous clone production at approximately 8,000 to 10,000 units. Rambam set a target of increasing production to hundreds of clones per day.[11]

In 2008, Rambam met Stefan Shrankenhaus at an industrial conference in Bern, Switzerland. Their working relationship brought Shrankenhaus's engineering projects into the Snubable structure. Stefan later invited his brother, architect Gustav Shrankenhaus, to become Snubable's chief architect. Gustav designed its underground facilities and the tunnel network linking the Căciulați factory, the FI-BA Balotești S.A. warehouse and the Alexandru Dimitrie Ghica Palace.[14] Snubable Enterprise opened a public administrative office in Bucharest in 2010 while biological production remained concentrated at secured facilities north of the city.[15]

A western annex of the main factory was completed on 16 April 2011 to support biological production and equipment maintenance. Mihai Dobreanu became Site Coordination Manager in 2012. Rambam appointed him Director of External Operations in 2015, placing Snubable properties outside the main factory complex under his management.[11][16]

Snubable concealed parts of its operations through false corporate and property records. Properties used for restricted work were registered under false purposes, while Septicsolution used falsified waste records to conceal disposal from Snubable facilities.[15] Rambam directed the concealment system and was later convicted of fraud and falsification of records.

A-Series

The A-Series originated from the biological samples Rambam collected from Alexandru Ionuț in 1999. The internal AR designation identified Alexandru as the genetic source and Rambam as the director of the program.[2]

A-Series clones were developed through accelerated biological growth inside vertical incubation chambers containing synthetic amniotic fluid. Under the later factory system, full physical development could be completed in approximately 14 days. After removal from the chamber, each clone underwent inspection and conditioning before assignment.[17]

The production system separated unstable clones from units accepted for operational use. Jester clones were classified as failed or expendable units. Standard clones were assigned routine work, while Elite clones were selected for armed deployment.[18] In 2012, Rambam brought the killing of rejected clones under his direct authority. Kaspar Othmar Barmettler, who had previously served under Snagov in clone-extermination work, transferred to Rambam's personal staff that year.[19]

Bucharest Butchers

After the Bucharest Butchers assumed control of Snubable Enterprise in 2007, Rambam operated within the organization as a Legion Commander. Butchers-controlled structures handled Snubable financing, protection and secure transport.[3][12]

In 2014, Rambam ordered Jibbut Snagov to destroy Hotel Rogganoid after the R-Series arrangement with the Rogganoid family broke down. Rambam threatened Snagov and his family to force him to carry out the order. The resulting Hotel Rogganoid bombing killed 47 people.[20]

By 2024, Rambam supported the proposed integration of Snubable Enterprise into the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Stefan Shrankenhaus, Florin Ionuț and Marku Ionuț supported the same policy, while Andrei Ionuț opposed full integration.[12]

Tanoa cooperation

In April 2015, Rambam met a Tanoa Einsatzgruppen liaison near Giurgiu under the authority of Daniel Paap. He transferred encrypted A-Series production protocols and incubator designs. Snubable Enterprise subsequently received industrial equipment and armed protection.[4]

On 7 November 2015, Tanoa-supported construction expanded the main factory's power infrastructure and reinforced underground areas for heavier incubation equipment. Rambam continued the arrangement through exchanges of technical material and protected transport until the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen in 2024.[11][4]

Personal staff

Dr. Arnold Isaak Burgelstein, a physician working through Glöbbery, made his first delivery of adrenochrome to Snubable Enterprise on 14 April 2007. He supplied Rambam directly and first examined him in private on 18 April. Glöbbery formally assigned Burgelstein as Rambam's personal physician on 21 April.[21][22] Burgelstein supervised Rambam's adrenochrome use, monitored his cardiovascular condition and ensured that he received freshly extracted, highest-grade adrenochrome sourced from children.[22]

From 2012 to 2025, Kaspar Othmar Barmettler served as Rambam's personal officer and aide. He controlled access to Rambam's private office and laboratory, carried his orders to lower-ranking personnel and arranged his private transport.[19] Rambam appointed Dorin Vasile Bălănescu as his private secretary on 4 February 2013. Bălănescu maintained Rambam's appointment records and, after cooperation with Tanoa began in 2015, kept a separate register of meetings concerning the relationship.[23]

Decline and death

In 2019, Rambam suffered a near-fatal heart problem during an adrenochrome treatment. Burgelstein treated him and saved his life, but Rambam continued using the drug and developed progressive heart failure. By 2022, fluid accumulation in his lungs caused a persistent cough and his dependence on adrenochrome had become severe. Burgelstein falsified medical reports to conceal Rambam's condition from Glöbbery and the Bucharest Butchers.[22]

By 2023, later A-Series production was experiencing increasing instability. The B-Series stabilization project was established in response. The collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen on 30 November 2024 disrupted Snubable supply channels and removed much of its external protection, while the Fish Collective continued operations against Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers.[24]

The main Snubable Shrankenhaus production plant was destroyed on 29 April 2025. Shrankenhaus was killed near Bucharest the following day while attempting to escape.[24] On 1 May, Rambam and Peter Pecker were captured in Bucharest. Mihai Dobreanu was captured during the same operation.[25]

The Bucharest Tribunal convicted Rambam of murder on multiple counts and ordering murder. He was also convicted of illegal biological experimentation, fraud and falsification of records. His remaining convictions were participation in an organized criminal group, criminal conspiracy with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen, coercion and criminal threats. The tribunal imposed the death penalty. Rambam was executed in Bucharest on 1 May 2025, the same day as Pecker and Dobreanu.[26][25] Gustav Shrankenhaus succeeded him as acting leader.

Legacy

Rambam remained primarily identified with the creation of the A-Series and the expansion of Snubable Enterprise into an industrial cloning organization. Following its collapse, parts of the Snubable archive were seized or lost, and records concerning later A-Series production remained incomplete.[27][24]
