The Allgemeine SS was the central paramilitary and administrative branch of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Established in 1944, it functioned as the primary authority for internal security, civil administration, and ideological supervision within territories governed by the regime. The organization operated under the leadership of the Reichsführer-SS and maintained direct control over security agencies, population registration systems, and administrative departments.

Headquartered in Georgetown, the Allgemeine SS coordinated internal policing, intelligence services, youth organization structures, and racial policy offices. It formed the institutional core of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen and remained active until the collapse of the regime on 30 November 2024.

History

[edit | edit source]

The Allgemeine SS was established in 1944 during the initial consolidation of authority following the arrival of the Tanoa expedition. It developed from an internal security formation into a centralized administrative organization responsible for governance, policing, and regulatory oversight.

Under the leadership of Jose Alem (1944–1985), the organization created permanent central offices and integrated intelligence, policing, and demographic administration into a unified system. During the tenure of Eduardo Krüger (1985–2005), structural coordination between financial institutions, security agencies, and civil administration expanded.

From 2005 until its dissolution in 2024, the Allgemeine SS was led by Chiche Alem until his death on the 3rd of November in 2024. During this period, the organization maintained authority over internal security coordination, population registration systems, and enforcement mechanisms across territories governed by the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.

Structure

[edit | edit source]

The Allgemeine SS was organized as a centralized administrative and paramilitary institution under the authority of the Reichsführer-SS. Its structure combined internal security agencies, civil administration offices, demographic authorities, and operational formations within a unified command system.

The central office of the organization was the Tanoanischssicherheitshauptamt, which served as the primary security authority. It supervised the Geheime Staatspolizei, the Sicherheitsdienst von Eef Paap, the Kriminalpolizei, the Tanoanischsicherheitsdienst. Through these agencies, the Allgemeine SS directed intelligence collection, policing operations, internal surveillance, and youth organization programs.

In addition to security oversight, the Rasse- und Siedlungshauptamt operated as the demographic and racial policy authority. It administered lineage classification systems, settlement policy, and population registration frameworks integrated into the broader administrative structure.

All departments and subordinate bodies reported through hierarchical command channels to the Reichsführer-SS at the headquarters in Georgetown. This structure enabled coordination between enforcement agencies, administrative offices, and economic institutions within the framework of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.

Armed units and divisions

[edit | edit source]

Beyond its administrative and policing functions, the Allgemeine SS maintained its own armed formations and divisional structures. These units operated under the authority of the Reichsführer-SS and were assigned to internal security operations, territorial control, infrastructure protection, and enforcement actions.

Among its subordinate formations was the Leibstandarte SS Eef Paap, which included escort units, guard commands, logistical detachments, and specialized operational groups such as the Dinosaurier-Truppen and the Weltraumgruppen. These formations remained institutionally subordinate to the Allgemeine SS and formed part of its internal command system.

The organization’s divisional elements functioned alongside other branches of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen while remaining administratively integrated within the Allgemeine SS command hierarchy.

Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap

[edit | edit source]

The Féminas-abteilung Nacional de Eef Paap (FNdEP) was a subordinate department of the Allgemeine SS. It functioned as a specialized administrative and ceremonial unit within the broader organizational structure.

The department managed breeding programs approved by senior leadership. These programs followed internal rules about family background and population policy. Women selected for these programs were registered, medically examined, and documented through official administrative systems.

The department also organized ceremonies, ritual events, and staged performances connected to the leadership of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.

The Féminas-abteilung arranged female attendants for senior officials, including high-ranking leaders. These assignments were managed through official orders and recorded within the organization’s administrative system.

Personnel

[edit | edit source]

Personnel of the Allgemeine SS consisted of administrative officials, security officers, intelligence operatives, and technical staff assigned to internal governance functions. Membership included both uniformed paramilitary members and civilian administrators operating within the organization’s command hierarchy.

The organization maintained a continuous presence across the entire island of Tanoa, where personnel were assigned to regional security offices, administrative districts, labor coordination centers, and registration authorities. Units were distributed throughout major settlements and operational zones to ensure centralized enforcement of regime policies.

In addition to its activities on Tanoa, the Allgemeine SS maintained personnel structures in Argentina. These positions were linked to logistical coordination, recruitment networks, financial channels, and external administrative support connected to the broader framework of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.

Recruitment standards emphasized political loyalty, ideological conformity, and administrative reliability. Candidates underwent internal screening and background evaluation prior to appointment. Senior officers were typically drawn from long-serving members of regime institutions.

The rank structure followed a hierarchical paramilitary model. Authority flowed from the Reichsführer-SS through central offices in Georgetown to regional commanders and local administrative supervisors. Many personnel held concurrent responsibilities within related institutions to maintain coordination between security, demographic registration, and economic oversight systems.

Ranks and insignia

[edit | edit source]

The Allgemeine SS maintained a formal rank system based on a hierarchical paramilitary structure. The system defined authority, administrative responsibility, and command position within the organization.

Ranks were divided into enlisted grades, non-commissioned officers, field-grade officers, and senior leadership levels. Each rank corresponded to specific administrative or operational duties within departments such as the Tanoanischssicherheitshauptamt and subordinate formations.

The highest rank within the organization was Reichsführer-SS, held by the overall head of the Allgemeine SS. Below this level were senior command ranks responsible for regional oversight, departmental leadership, and specialized units.

Insignia were worn on uniforms to indicate rank and function. These markings identified command authority and institutional affiliation within the broader structure of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Rank progression was determined by service record, institutional loyalty, and appointment by superior command authorities.

Uniforms and insignia

[edit | edit source]

Members of the Allgemeine SS wore black military-style uniforms as their standard dress. The uniform consisted of a black tunic and trousers, accompanied by a black cap or field headgear depending on assignment. Footwear and belts were typically dark leather.

A red armband bearing a swastika symbol was worn on the upper arm as an identifying political insignia. The armband signified institutional affiliation and was required during official duties, ceremonies, and administrative functions.

Rank insignia were displayed on collars and shoulder boards to indicate position within the hierarchical structure. Variations in insignia distinguished enlisted personnel, non-commissioned officers, field-grade officers, and senior command ranks.

Personnel assigned to administrative offices in Georgetown generally wore full formal dress uniforms, while members deployed across regional districts on the island of Tanoa or in Argentina could wear simplified service variants adapted to operational conditions. All uniform standards were regulated by internal directives issued through the command structure of the Allgemeine SS.

Recruitment and training

[edit | edit source]

Recruitment into the Allgemeine SS was conducted through structured internal selection procedures. Candidates were required to demonstrate political loyalty, institutional reliability, and adherence to the ideological framework of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Applications were reviewed by regional offices before final approval by central authorities.

Background investigations formed part of the admission process. These reviews examined family history, prior service, and administrative record. Acceptance required formal registration within the organization’s personnel system.

Training varied according to assignment. Administrative personnel received instruction in record management, civil registration procedures, and regulatory enforcement. Security officers and intelligence operatives underwent additional preparation in surveillance methods, internal policing practices, and command protocols.

Members assigned to armed formations completed paramilitary training, including weapons handling, field coordination, and territorial security operations. Specialized units received technical instruction relevant to their operational role.

Training programs were conducted in designated facilities on the island of Tanoa, with supplementary coordination networks in Argentina supporting recruitment and preparatory screening.

Administration and civil oversight

[edit | edit source]

The Allgemeine SS exercised administrative authority across the island of Tanoa through a system of regional districts and central offices coordinated from Georgetown. Civil oversight was implemented through structured reporting chains that connected local administrative units to departmental leadership and ultimately to the Reichsführer-SS.

Administrative responsibilities included population registration, residence classification, labor allocation oversight, and enforcement of regulatory directives issued by the broader framework of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Local offices maintained civil records, monitored compliance with state regulations, and coordinated with security agencies when enforcement actions were required.

The organization worked in coordination with institutions such as the Reichsschatzamt von Tanoa to align civil registration systems with financial and taxation records. This integration allowed demographic data, employment status, and administrative classification to remain interconnected within the centralized governance structure.

Personnel were compensated through a structured salary system determined by rank and assignment. Payment levels were administered through state financial channels and processed via official treasury mechanisms. Senior officers and departmental heads received higher salary grades reflecting command responsibility, while enlisted members and administrative clerks were placed within standardized pay categories.

In addition to base salary, certain assignments included housing provisions, logistical support, or operational allowances depending on deployment location and duty requirements. Compensation structures were regulated internally and funded through the central financial apparatus of the regime.

External operations

[edit | edit source]

In addition to its island-wide presence on Tanoa, the Allgemeine SS maintained operational and administrative structures in Argentina. These external operations supported logistical coordination, recruitment networks, financial channels, and institutional liaison functions connected to the broader system of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.

Argentine-based offices facilitated personnel screening, resource procurement, and transport coordination between South America and Tanoa. They also maintained communication links with administrative authorities on the island and assisted in the movement of technical specialists, officers, and approved recruits.

External operations were organized under central command authority and reported through established hierarchical channels to the Reichsführer-SS. These networks ensured continuity of administrative support, financial processing, and strategic coordination beyond the territorial boundaries of Tanoa.

Although the majority of personnel were stationed on the island, the Argentine structures played a supporting role in sustaining the long-term institutional capacity of the Allgemeine SS until its dissolution on 30 November 2024.

Manpower

[edit | edit source]

The Allgemeine SS maintained an estimated total manpower of approximately 6,000,000 personnel over the course of its existence. This figure included full-time paramilitary members, administrative officials, intelligence operatives, auxiliary staff, and affiliated civilian personnel operating under its authority.

Manpower levels expanded gradually during the consolidation and expansion phases of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Growth was supported through structured recruitment systems on the island of Tanoa and through associated networks in Argentina. Personnel numbers reflected both active operational members and individuals assigned to administrative, logistical, and demographic offices.

The organization’s large size allowed it to sustain island-wide enforcement structures, centralized registration systems, regional security districts, and external coordination units. Despite fluctuations in active deployment levels over time, the Allgemeine SS remained one of the largest institutional components within the broader regime structure until its dissolution on 30 November 2024.

Dissolution

[edit | edit source]

The Allgemeine SS ceased to exist on 30 November 2024 following the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Central command structures were formally disbanded and all subordinate departments were ordered to terminate operations.

Administrative offices in Georgetown were closed, and regional district authorities on the island of Tanoa were dissolved. Armed formations were decommissioned and their command hierarchies dismantled. Personnel records, registration systems, and financial documentation were secured or transferred during the shutdown process.

External coordination structures in Argentina were also terminated, ending logistical and recruitment activities connected to the organization. After its dissolution, the Allgemeine SS no longer functioned as an administrative or paramilitary institution.
